Delete your Faunda account

Delete inside Faunda

1. Sign in and open My Profile.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Select Delete My Account and confirm.

This removes the account immediately and signs you out.

Request deletion without the app

Email our privacy team from the address connected to the account when possible. Include the Faunda username and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. A parent or guardian may submit the request for a child.

We may ask for limited information to verify the account or the requesting guardian. Never send us a password, one-time code, payment PIN, or identity document unless our privacy team explains why it is legally required and provides a secure method.

If the button does not open your email app, write to info@leadtheway.co.tz with the subject “Faunda account deletion request”.

What deletion covers

Deleting an account removes or de-identifies data associated with it, including:

• Account and profile information
• Startup ideas, game sessions, answers, progress, badges, streaks, and leaderboard entries
• Account-linked AI inputs, generated questions, feedback, and safety reports

Limited de-identified transaction totals and security records may be retained when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving abuse. They are no longer linked to an active Faunda account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Processing the request

We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain any information that must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
