Terms of Service for Faunda.ai

1. Who can use Faunda.ai

Faunda.ai is designed for children and teens (generally ages 8–17). Teachers, schools, parents, and guardians may also use Faunda.ai to support learning.

If you are under 18, you should use Faunda.ai with the permission of a parent, guardian, or your school.

2. Your account

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Email may be optional. If you do not add an email and you forget your password, we may not be able to help you recover your account.

Please do not share your password. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us as soon as possible.

3. How you may use Faunda.ai

You agree to use Faunda.ai in a safe and respectful way. This means you will not:

• Break the law or encourage others to break the law
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
• Try to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to access another user’s account
• Use Faunda.ai to collect personal information about other users
• Use bots or automation to cheat, farm points, or manipulate leaderboards

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Content you create and upload

Faunda.ai may allow you to enter text, make choices, and generate outputs like canvases and pitch decks (“User Content”).

You own your User Content. But you give us permission to store and use it to run the game, provide features, and improve Faunda.ai.

Please do not enter personal sensitive information (like phone numbers, home addresses, or private details about yourself or others) in the game.

5. AI features

Faunda.ai uses AI tools (including OpenAI) to generate learning feedback, summaries, and game outputs.

AI can make mistakes. Content generated by Faunda.ai is for learning and entertainment. It should not be treated as professional business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

6. Leaderboards and competitions

Faunda.ai may include leaderboards, tournaments, or classroom competitions. We may show usernames, scores, and progress.

Please choose a username that does not include your real name, phone number, or other personal information.

We may remove scores or restrict access if we detect cheating or unfair gameplay.

7. Downloads and sharing

Faunda.ai may allow you to download content like pitch decks or reports. Once you download something, you control how it is shared.

Be careful when sharing files publicly. Do not share private information about yourself or others.

8. Payments and premium features

Some features may require payment in the future (for example, school versions or premium features for parents).

Payments will be handled by trusted third-party providers. Faunda.ai does not store payment card details.

If premium features unlock replay or additional content, the exact features and pricing will be shown before you pay.

9. Platform changes and availability

We may update, change, pause, or stop parts of Faunda.ai at any time. We’ll do our best to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee it will always work perfectly.

10. Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Faunda.ai if:

• You break these Terms
• We believe your account is being used in an unsafe or harmful way
• We need to protect users, schools, or the platform

You can also delete your account at any time (if that feature is available in your settings). When an account is deleted, related data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Faunda.ai, including its game design, graphics, characters, text, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, sell, or distribute it without permission.

12. Limitation of responsibility

Faunda.ai is provided “as is”. We try our best to keep things accurate and safe, but we cannot promise everything will be error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses or damages caused by your use of Faunda.ai, including decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are important, we will notify users through the app or website. The updated date will always be shown at the top.
